All my files are gone. Possibly signed on to the wrong account?

Hello, all my adobe fresco files appear to be gone. I started the app today and the app told me I was signed out (this has not happened before and I've been using the app since October or November of 2023). I followed the prompts and when I was done, I logged in, but I have no files whatsoever. I'm concerned I may have somehow created a separate account instead of signing into my previous one, but no matter what I try, I can only sign on to the account I finished setting up tonight. Trying to log on with the former email address still appears to take me to the latter account, regardless if I try to log in to Fresco or to the cloud sync directly.

Hello @alice_7457,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to sign out of Fresco and back in using a different email address you might have used as your Adobe account or using the Social sign-in options like Facebook/Google/etc. to check if it helps?
