All my files have disappeared.

All of my artwork has vanished from Adobe Fresco. I checked my cloud account online and they have vanished from there too. What in the world is going on??

 

Has anyone else had this happen to them? I can't seem to find a way to email or contact Adobe at all to get help with this, I have tonnes of artwork and I'm terrified I've lost it!

 

The virtual assistant is rubbish to boot.

Do you by any chance have two Adobe accounts? All your work is on one, but you've logged in on the other?

Your best option would be to go through the App Settings > Help > Report a bug.

Using this opens an email directly to the Fresco team. It will also send details about your app and device.

If you have concerns about doing anything further with the app then you can send an email to frescohelp at adobe dot com
