All of my documents disappeared

Hi, just now I was prompted to log back in to my Fresco account so I logged out/back in but when I logged back in all of my files were gone. I signed into another Adobe account in case I had logged into the wrong one but this was also empty.

 

I saw a similar post that said to do the following steps to see if the files were on a personal or business account but I don't even see "sign-in and security."

  • Sign in to your Adobe Account with your email and password.

  • Go to Account and security > Sign-in and security.

  • Turn off the Select my profile automatically option.

Please help! I have a few very important illustrations on there that I would hate to have to redo.

Hello @Christine38395671nxn7,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to sign out of Fresco and then sign back in using one of the social sign-in options, like Facebook/Google/Apple/etc., to see if it helps?

If the problem persists, please send us your Adobe ID via DM so we can check it.

Oh perfect, I signed in using my Apple ID and that worked! Thank you so much.
