Animation frames have been completely deleted, there's nothing in the version history.

So, recently, I’ve been working on this animation. I poured my heart and soul into it and was super proud of how it had turned out. After working on a part of it for around an hour or so, I had to stop working on it for some time because of classes and when I opened Adobe Fresco again, it stopped responding. I closed the app and reopened it and everything I’d done in that hour was gone. Not cleared layers. Just… completely gone. I’m shattered. I checked the version history and there was nothing, I restarted my laptop and there was nothing. Is there any way to get those frames back or are they gone for good?
