App crashes with detailed projects and no longer can open the project

Question

Over the last year, I have noticed detailed projects keep crashing, to a point when you then send the crash report and reopen Adobe Fresco app on the iPad, the file says. "This is a PSD File and cannot be opened in Fresco"

Ithis has happened with 2 projects of mine, both very detailed work, I cannot think of the amount of hours I have lost. This not good for business, clients are not happy, neither am I.

I never had this problem with your previous apps like Adobe Draw and Sketch, until Fresco came along.

I use iPad Pro with latest gen pencil.

Hello @7336493_Lighta,I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind creating a copy of the document from the cloud documents portal (https://adobe.ly/3DKiLUC) and then opening it in Fresco to check if it helps?Also, try downloading the file as a PSD and then importing it in Fresco and share your observations.Looking forward to hearing from you.
