Apple Pencil lags when 1 use a brush

Recently i bought an Apple Pencil usb-c for my iPad  when i started using it my, brush strokes where lagging and when i lifted the pencil off the screen the brush started moving on its own, filling the screen can somebody please check if this is a technical issue or a problem with my Apple Pencil.

    That does seem strange. Would you mind trying to restart your iPad with the Apple Pencil magnetically attached to see if that helps? Also, try updating iPadOS, reinstalling Fresco, and clearing up storage (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ipad/ipadf1f1b3f3/ipados) if it’s nearing full, and share your observations.
