Apple Pencil stopped working after iOS update

Question

So I have a generic Apple Pencil (not made by Apple). I now have to increase the brush size way up for it to make any type of a mark.  Drawing with my finger the app works normally.  Also the pen works okay in other applications.  I have made sure my pencil is up to date, and have restarted my iPad. iPad Pro 3rd generation.

Adobe Fresco system requirements only list Apple Pencil, which suggests they generally don't support alternatives. You mention it stopped working in Fresco after an iOS update. Which suggests it is more of an Apple issue. Make sure all apps and the pencil are up to date. You've mentioned iOS and Pencil, so check Fresco is up to date as well. Have you tried unpairing and re-pairing the pencil?
