Assigning Certain Fresco Gestures To Tourbox Elite Plus

Hi, I use a Tourbox Elite Plus for iPad to assign shortcuts to the hardware due to physical restrictions. Adding hand gestures like pinch and zoom for rotating and zooming does not respond in Fresco but works in Photoshop for iPad. When asking TourboxTech support for assistance, they let me know it is how it is coded into PShop and not Fresco. I'd be grateful for any assistance so I don't have to migrate to another application.
