Brightness/Contrast reset to 0 when I open my document

When I close/open documents that have brightness/contrast adjustment layers the adjustment layers reset back to 0. It's been happening randomly for a few months but has become more frequent in the past week or so. 
I'm using an iPad Pro with 15.6.1 OS.

This is happening to me too with all my adjustment layers. It's completely destroying my project and setting me back hours. Adobe-- fix this immediatly, it's seriously impacting the work of your artists.
