brushes not importing

i gave discover more brushes and tried adding brushes but its stuck at adding in progress. i also tried loading an abr file and it shows error importing brushes

i have uninstalled cc and fresco and reinstalled, signed in and out 

but still it doesnt work

also when i click add in discover more brushes, i can see that it download it as the network is consumed in task manager and then its stuck, i think its not importing it
