Brushes Not Saving On Windows Device

Hello,

Is anyone able to save downloaded brushes in Fresco on a Windows device? I can see the packs I have downloaded in my Cloud and they are also in  but I have to redownload my packs every time I open Fresco. In addition my favorites of any brushes outside of the standard brushes never save. Any help is appreciated.
