buttons do not respons

First time I use fresco, with a drawing tablet (without touch). Many buttons do not respond to clicking: settings, migration of brushes, dragging of layers, and maybe other functions that I haven't had time to discover yet.

It is impossible to work like this, what is the solution?

I already reinstalled, didn't help.

  • Check Tablet Drivers: Ensure that your drawing tablet has the latest drivers installed. Visit the official website of your tablet manufacturer and download/install the most recent drivers.

  • Tablet Compatibility: Verify that your drawing tablet is listed as a compatible device with Adobe Fresco. You can check our compatibility list or contact the tablet manufacturer for information.

  • Check for System Updates: Ensure that your operating system is up-to-date. Check for any pending updates for your operating system and install them.

  • Run as Administrator: On Windows, try running Adobe Fresco as an administrator. Right-click on the Fresco shortcut and choose "Run as administrator."

  • Graphics Settings: Check your computer's graphics settings. Ensure that your GPU drivers are up-to-date.

hi,

i have the same promblem. cant get enything to work!

i have Lenovo Flex 5 (windows 11), and i got all of my updates.

can you please halp me?

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience technical issues. Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/update-windows-3c5ae7fc-9fb6-9af1-1984-b5e0412c556a) and Fresco(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html) to the latest version and checking if it helps? Also, try the following steps and share your observations:

1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R

3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch

4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes

5. Launch Fresco

 

Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and check if it helps.

 

Additionally, check if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/repair-apps-and-programs-in-windows-e90eefe4-d0a2-7c1b-d...) and share your observations.
