I created a watercolour logo background in Fresco. Can this be exported as a hi res image for use in Illustrator and at print quality resolution / 300dpi? Any tips would be welcome, thanks.

You can export the artwork in high resolution at 300dpi by setting a high-quality export setting.

So all the pixel pencils can be used for printing? And can they be converted to CMYK if needed?

Oh yeah. I do that a lot. Just keep in mind, when you convert it to CMYK, the colors might change slightly
