Can I use the added brush for commercial use?
Can I use the Pixel Brush provided for commercial use when using Adobe Fresco Premium?

If you have legally purchased Fresco and the additional brushes are either provided or legally obtained there wouldn't be any reason why you couldn't create images for commercial use I don't think.
