Can't launch Fresco "Cannot verify subsctiption"

Hi, I'm having trouble launching Fresco. I just downloaded it and am getting "cannot verify subscription" check connectivity to internet.  I'm connected, all of my other adobe apps work fine.  What do I need to do to make this work?

What system/hardware are you using with Fresco? If Windows, did you download it via the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app? Does your system meet the requirements? Note the Windows versions required:
