Can't move canvas

Hello! I am using a a laptop with windows and a wacom tablet and I am having problems with zooming. Basically, I can zoom in or out using the percentage on the top of the screen, but I can't move the canvas at all... As I am drawing with a tablet without touchscreen, I can't use the gestures to move and zoom in at all. Can anyone help?

    Actually I just realized I can't use any gesture that needs 2 fingers, such as rotating the ruler and stuff.
