Can’t open my file, says it’s not a valid psd file

Hi I'm having some trouble opening my file, when I click it says it doesn't appear to be a valid psd file, I've tried going on the website to test it and then opening it in Fresco but nothing seems to be working. It shows up in the version history which I could only save by screenshotting 

otherwise I literally can't access my layers and stuff 

please help 😢😢

By the way I did try to duplicate it too, it still won't work, usually it would but now it doesn't ??
