Can't renew my $10 annual Adobe Fresco subscription

Hello, 

I was using Adobe Fresco $10 yearly subscription on my iPad, but it ended unexpectedly, and I didn't receive any notification to renew. Now, I am trying to renew my subscription for another year in the App Store, but I only see a bundle option for Photoshop and Fresco for $79.99. I only need Fresca for $10, not Photoshop. 

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have noticed that other people have experienced similar problems.
