Cannot import Sketch files into Fresco - insufficient cloud storage w/ 99Gb available, 40Gb on iPad?

Cannot import Adobe Sketch files into Fresco. Keeps saying insufficient cloud storage when I have 99Gb of 100Gb available.  I also have over 40Gb of local storage available on my iPad.

 

I also rebooted and re-installed Fresco with no success. With 90Gb of Cloud Storage and 40Gb of iPad Storage, how can I have insufficient storage? How much more do I need?

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I would request you to please share a few more details like:

  • The exact version of Fresco & iPadOS and iPad model
  • Are you using a company or personal account in Fresco?

 

Also, please go to Fresco Settings > Account > Creative Cloud Storage and share a screenshot.

 

Additionally, I would suggest you check out this video (https://bit.ly/3qfAz0Q). In this video, there are four methods to save your Sketch artwork, the first method will not work now, but you may try the rest three methods.
