Canvas shifts when I try to paint

I'm using the free version of Fresco on the iPad Pro 2020. Often when I go to paint or draw the canvas will shift ever so slightly. I think it's my palm doing it but it's incredibly annoying and disrupts my work flow. Is there a fix to this?

Hi Mcm22. 

 

What are your Input Settings? Here's where  to check that:

Tap the Gear icon in the upper nav of the Home screen

Then from the App Settings  menu check Input > Touch > Finger Settings.

The finger settings are set to gesture only.

Hi Mcm. 

 

Hmmm, having Input Settings set to Gestures Only should do it. But it sounds like some way that you position your hand when you're drawing is triggering the canvas rotation function. Does it seem like that might be what's happening?

 

I tried duplicating it today and could not get the canvas to move even though I've had it happen to me before. Is it happening pretty consistently for you?  If it is, would you be willing to do a screen recording of it for me (you could send it to me through Fresco's Report A Bug link)?
