Capture brushes and shapes not loading into fresco properly

Every online tutorial shows items created in capture instantly being available to use in fresco - such as if you create a shape or a brush 

but when I swap to fresco they have not loaded And don't for days if at all - just a blank grey box

then if I leave it for a few days and go into fresco ones that have loaded previously are now not available and others ones have become available - so frustrating 

everything is up to date. Files are small. Internet speed is good and I have no extra brushes such as the Kyle Webster free to download ones
