Changement de compte et perte des fichiers

L'université est passée d'un abonnement via Switch à un abonnement personnalisé. De ce fait j'ai perdu mes fichiers FRESCO. Comment les récupérer ? Et à l'avenir, si l'université change encore, comment sauver mes fichiers sur ma machine et non sur le cloud?

Many thanks Anshul for your prompt reply.
Finally I managed to find my files in my old account and I downloaded them to re-import them in Fresco, as you say

So it solved!!!

Hi @Celine Rozenblat!

 

I’m sorry to hear about your file loss. Please reach out to your university admin and ask them to open a case with Adobe support here to assist with file recovery or guide you on asset transfer during account changes.

 

For future protection, Fresco saves work in the cloud, but as a workaround, you can export your files as PSDs. This allows you to re-import them into Fresco later with all layers intact.​
