Changing angle of the brush at each brush stroke

I was watching a video about digital lettering made with Fresco and I don't know if it's clear from the video (I timestamped it) but I noticed the artist is able to change the angle of the brush after each stroke, without going to the brush settings every time. Does anyone know how is possible to do that?
