Colors around blending area

I'm watercolor painting with different greys. When I blend them together using "water" / 0% transparency, I get some pink/blue/purple areas. Will this print out the same way as it shows on my screen? I tried exporting to Photoshop and changing to CMYK but it looks the same. This also happens with I paint with other colors as well. I'm using the 2020 iPad Pro. The attached is what it looks like.
