Compatibility of photoshop on iPad and Windows pc
Looking to purchase Lightroom plus Photoshop for Windows PC and Fresco plu Photoshop for my iPad. Will files interchange and sync between both sets of Photoshop software?

As long as you use the same Adobe account they will all sync up.
Note I'm pretty sure if you purchase for the desktop the iPad versions are included so there shouldn't be any need to purchase Photoshop twice.
