Convert image to vector in Fresco

Maybe a silly question: 
Can you take an pixel image from Fresco into capture and turn it into a vector image? 
I feel I have already answered my own question; however, I have also never used capture.

    I found your message in the abandoned Adobe Capture forum and moved it to Adobe Fresco for you.

     

    I don't use Fresco and don't know if Fresco can convert pixels to vector, but you might try the free online converter using Adobe Express:
