Creative Cloud color palette groups not showing in Fresco on iPad

  • I have created color library in Creative Cloud.
  • The library has 22 'groups', each is a unique color palette with 3-6 colors, each is named accordingly (palette 1, palette 2, etc)
  • When in Fresco on iPad, it took me restarting the entire iPad for the library to even show up. When it showed up it didn't respect the groups so I have one palatte with 113 colors.

Has anyone successfully been able to get groups to show up in Fresco?

I've included screenshots of both CC on mac and Fresco on ipad

Hey @josh16B8,

That sounds super frustrating, especially after spending time with support and getting disconnected. I appreciate you sharing your experience.

One possible workaround is to create a separate library for each color group instead of having them all under one big library. It seems like Fresco doesn’t respect the group structure within a single library and just merges everything into one massive palette.

Try creating a couple of test libraries—each containing just one group—and see if they appear properly in Fresco. If that works, you might have to separate all your groups into individual libraries. This is not the most convenient solution, but it could be a functional solution for now.

Let me know if this helps!

Best,
