cursor symbol instead of brush preview when using a wacom tablet

Hello,

 

I have encountered the following issue: When I am using Fresco with a Cintiq instead of the Tablet PC with a Stylus on that same PC, I get always a cursor instead of a brush preview. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Has this by any chance improved with updates since you posted?

The only Wacom device listed on the system requirements page is the Mobile Studio.

I think this would explain why you may not be seeing everything as expected while using the Cintiq.

Most likely you'll have to wait until the Cintiq is supported before it will be fixed.
You might want to consider asking that the Cintiq be added as a supported device through the UserVoice page.
