I understand your desire to customize your brushes in Fresco. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to change the default brush. However, your feedback is valuable! I encourage you to upvote this UserVoice suggestion: Change the Default Brush. More upvotes can help the team consider this for future updates.
