Difficulty Transferring files from Adobe draw into Adobe Fresco

I'm having trouble transferring my files from Adobe Draw into Adobe Fresco with my layers intact. There's news that Adobe Draw app will be removed, and I cannot lose my files. Please someone help me with this, or help me transfer my Adobe Draw files into Clip Studio Paint with my layers intact. Thanks!

I had a feeling that might be what was happening. The inability to import all drawing at once is usually related to the amount of Creative Cloud Storage that's available. 

 

The good news is that your Draw (and Sketch) files, once synced to https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations  are safe until you get them all transferred.

Hi. 

 

Sorry you're having trouble. 

 

Draw files should automatically import into Fresco the first time you sign into the app. Please give me a bit more information about what happened the first time you  signed into Fresco, and what's happening now when you try to bring files in. 

 

There are also a couple of things I'd like you to check:
1. Sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations and make sure that all of the Draw work that's on your device also shows up there. 

2. While you're on that page, in the lower left hand corner, you should see a gear icon next to a number about how much storage is in use. Hovering over that number you should also  be able to see how much storage you have available to you. 

 

Let me know  what you find.

Thank you very much for your comment. I’ve communicated with some of the
Adobe fresco app (I use iPhone 11 Pro max) and figured out how to transfer
my projects from Adobe Draw into Fresco. Unfortunately, I can only transfer
1 project at a time, and I have a lot of projects in Adobe draw, so I have
to do a lot of back and forth. I’ve filed a request form for the Fresco app
to be updated to allow multiple transfers between apps.
