Documents on iPad won’t show on laptop

Even though I am using the same account and have stable wifii on both devices, the projects on my iPad won't show on my Surface pro. This has only happened recently, and the files that won't show have a blue refresh button on the bottom right (on my iPad). Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance, everyone!

Are you expecting them to show immediately? Or are they not showing at all even after a day or so?
Do you have them set for offline only?

It's been about a week since I created them and they still won't show up. They are not on offline only. There is a refresh icon next to the documents, whereas the ones that do show on my laptop have a green check next to them. Thanks for your help!

Does clicking on the refresh icon do anything? Or do they just remain with the refresh option?

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
