I have somehow made the rectangle sides skewed and there's no way to reset the shape. How is this even possible?

Ihave also run into this. There should be an easy way to reset the shapes and to free transform selections rather than just adjusting the width and height to avoid this.

Same here with a circle. It's apparently a bug 😩
