Enhancement in Eyedropper tool and copy paste formatted text between drawings with Fresco 2.3

Fresco 2.3 is available with new features: 

• Swipe on the zoom indicator to quickly zoom in/out of the canvas. 
• Set Ps brushes to be as small as 1 px. 
• Copy/paste formatted text between documents. 

• Tap to move the eyedropper. 
• [Windows] Send to Illustrator 
• [Windows] Reduced drawing latency
