Error importing brushes message on new .abr file

Hello!

 

I was using Adobe Fresco normally and shut off my computer, when I turned it back on all my brushes were deleted from the brsuh panel. I tried to just import the .abr files and continue working, but I got the attached message below. I tried to download a brand new .abr file from the Kyle brush set and it still didn't work. Downloading directly from the app doesn't work and just hangs the download. So what do I do to get my brushes back?

 

I am using a windows 10 pc.
