Error opening the app

I have installed the last update of adobe Fresco (1.7.0) and when opening it gives an error and does not open, I have a Microsoft surface Go, I am paying 10 $ for a program that does not work, with each new update the app was more and more slow but with this update it has stopped working, I don't mind paying for a good app but if it doesn't work, I want to know how to get my money back.thanks.,

We have released a new version of Fresco. Kindly install from Creative Cloud Application and let us know if you are still facing any issues.

My apologies about the crashing.  The team has determined the underlying cause and is working on a fix to incorporate into the next build.
