Exporting from Fresco iPad to Illustrator desktop always fails

I use Fresco on my iPad then export the art to my Mac desktop Illustrator program to touch up. Recently, the export fails every single time no matter what.

 

I've reinstalled the app, restarted my computer and iPad, updated Illustrator and Fresco. Nothing is working. I work around it by grabbing the files on my desktop through the Cloud desktop app, but I'm confused why this function on my iPad has just completely given up.

Hello @jsthrone,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to sign out and sign back into your Creative Cloud apps to see if that helps?

Also, try the following steps on your computer and share your observations:

 

  • Close all Adobe applications
  • Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/45deDWQ)
  • Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/45jpBtZ)
  • Relaunch Illustrator

That is a terrible solution for a working artist. If the application can't do what the company proclaims, maybe you don't mislead people? Just a thought...
