Eyedropper don´t save

Hello,

i making 3d brushes from image, save the eyedropper on custom menu but then when i go to the vector brushes the eyerdroppe isnt in the list...only in the live brushes! is this normal? because in youtube tutorials everyone is using 3d brushes  in vector brushes!
