Feature request: color Panel always opened, and clickable.

I love painting in fresco. my main frustration while I'm painting is that it's a bit cumbersome to change colors. I either need to hold down my finger long enough for the eyedropper to activate, or click on the color chip, and then adjust the color.

  I wish there was an option to keep the expanded color panel open, so I could quickly shift the color in one step.

  Does this function exist, and I just don't know how to activate it?
