file keeps getting bigger for no reason, even when erasing layers

I actually have a whole lot of problems with not just this specific file, but mostly this one. 

the insufficient storage on fresco ipad keeps telling my that it needs more and more space its now asking for 6.7 GB even when i have enough space on my ipad AND 95% of my icloud storage unused . I lost also lost animation layers that are now lost photoshop layers. just a wreck!
