Files disappeared

when I opened up fresco to finish my comic strip, all my document files in fresco disappeared! I signed in through both my accounts and neither of them have all my recent and old files. This is an Outrage! When I tried to connect my accounts(Adobe ID and Google), it won't let me because it says it already have an account, well of course it is because they're my accounts and you won't let me connect them together for no reason! Ussually on home screen, all my work is there below because it wont let me save my work directly in my pc. Somehow, there's an updated option for files now on Adobe Fresco but none of my documents is in it! I demand an explanation and better help service!

Sorry to hear about your experience. I did not find an active subscription under the account you're signed in to the community. It could be possible that you have the subscription under a different account. Try signing out and signing in using the social sign-in options (Facebook/Google/Apple) to see if it helps.
