Files have disappeared from the fresco app

For some reason as of a few days ago all my most recently opened files keep disappearing on my ipad after I open them in adobe fresco. 

For example I started a new project yesterday, saved it and when I was going to start working on it today it was neither in the recent files nor under the tab under your files. 

Every time I open a file, even old ones if I save it, it disappears when I go in to use the app the next time.  I have tried as many other boards suggested to log in and out of my account but it did not change anything. The problem still is happening. 

I can however see the files for example in adobe express or photoshop. But not in the fresco app. How to I open and see them in the app again so I can keep working on both new and old projects without them disappearing from fresco.

Device: Ipad air ver 26.5.2.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Thank you for providing the detailed information and screenshots. Since the files are visible in Creative Cloud but not in the Fresco app, could you please check that the missing files aren't inside a folder under Your Files and try changing the sort order (Modified, Created, or Name) to refresh the view? Also, please confirm that you're signed in to Fresco with the same Adobe ID that you're using for Creative Cloud. After that, force close Fresco, restart your iPad, and reopen the app. If the issue still persists, and you've confirmed that all your documents are safely available in Creative Cloud, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Fresco.


    Please let us know how it goes after trying these steps, and we'll be happy to investigate further.

    Hello,

    There are no folders in the your files tab, which also is weird as I should have at least one that now also is missing.

    The sorting did not make any of the missing files come back, it just changed in what order the few files that remain is shown in.

    I have as I mentioned already checked that I am in the right profile and have logged in an out. 

    Will try to reinstall the app and se if that works.
