Files reset, posible to recover files that were recently synced on iPad?

Account went from paid to free to new paid and now my files on my iPad are all gone. 
 

I was working on a project, it was syncing and saving. I was asked to resign in and all my projects from 2022 till now are gone and dosnt show up anywhere. I’m hoping there is a way to recover locally synced / recently synced files that do not show up in creative cloud. I have followed all the steps with Adobe support on twitter and they suggested could look on the back end for recently synced fresco files as I was literally working on it all week and thought my files were saved locally.

    I think this is a cloud sync issue. I just lost hours of work that I was continuously saving on the ipad app and now the app won’t open and the file is not synced. Also trying to find a way to find the files locally. It seems Adobe is not much help.

    That does seem troubling. Could you check if the files are available online (https://www.adobe.com/files) and download them from there to see if it helps?


    Also, check if any pending OS/Fresco updates are available, install them, and share your observations.

    Same thing happened to me and I have to send the file until 00:00 today.

     

    this bug is a HUGE issue as it lost me also 5-6 hours of work and now I won’t probably be able to do it again.

     

    Fresco was also up to date and so was my iPad Pro. It happened exactly as the other user described.

     

    please let me know if you can recover it on your end as I also had saved it plenty of times. I had also created a custom size for it and it was also gone.

    Guessing when the account was reactivated was given a new user token nuking my work. 
     

    any support would be appreciated…
