Fresco

Hi everyone, I recently downloaded Fresco but after a few days of use it started crashing. Whenever I open a project it crashes. I've downloaded the latest version and there are no updates for it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't helped. It has now started affecting photoshop as well which I never had issues with before. This is on an 8th generation IPad that is up to date with its software(IPados 17.5). Is there any way to fix this problem?

    Hello @Sanukii,

    We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes in Fresco, especially in the middle of work. Would you mind updating the OS and the Fresco app to the latest version and checking if it helps?

    Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4dHVXm6). If yes, try deleting Fresco, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps.

     

    If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report so that we can investigate this further:

    • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “JetSam-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash by looking at the timestamp.
    • Upload the file to (https://adobe.ly/3UJCYig) and share a link to the file here or via DM.

    Hi, Thank you for getting back to me. I'm trying to upload the file to that link but it won't let me. It says that it doesn't support .ips files on the link or here. Can I just copy and paste the information here or via DM?
