Fresco is collapsing the whole time when I try to open it and start drawing. I need to finish this for school soon and I have no time for crashing. They should fix it fast or I dunno what I will do to them. It makes me so angry. They don't even have a support which I could normally contact. It always says: "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.". It is simply pathetic, if my school didn't pay for this app I would NEVER buy it. Like I should pay and don't even get a proper support? Are you kidding me? haha I can't believe it. I tried reinstalling it and I sent the crash report to Adobe every time, ofc they do nothing about it. Lovin' it. 🙂

If it's on a school device, talk to your teachers first, if it's a school account on your device, talk to your teachers first. Are other students experiencing the same issue?

You could try sending an email (frescohelp at adobe dot com) to the development team.

Confirmed. Fresco crashes before opening any file after latest release. Tested on multiple machines.
