Fresco 5.5.5 and 5.5.0 crashes on Windows 11 during canvas creation or document open

Fresco crashes whenever I try to create new canvas or open existing document - any way to fix it?

 

Done Adobe Creative Cloud refresh, no changes.

Tried 5.5.5 and 5.5.0 version of Fresco.

 

Windows 11, all updates.

Nvidia Studio driver 566.14 - latest, set to performance.

GeForce RTX 3050.

I understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) to check if it helps?

 

Additionally, check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4f22Zl3). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3D7Rn2v...) and share your observations.

Hello Anubhav,

Repairing and resetting Fresco did not change anything - it keeps crashing.

I've just tried launching Fresco again and it did crash (main window disappear).

Please sugest next steps.
