Fresco and Creative Cloud have deleted my documents
I’ve been using the free version of Fresco for a few years now. Today I opened Fresco and it had signed me out, made me sign back in and none of my files were anywhere on the app. They were all synced the last time I was on it. I checked Creative Cloud and I had to re-install it (I never uninstalled it to begin with), signed in and none of the files were there either. Apparently I have only just joined Adobe even though I’ve been using Fresco for at least 3 years. I have a few files that were saved to my computer storage, but these are from years ago and/or not the files I need. I have lost hours of work and coursework and can’t seem to get it back. Can someone help with this? When I open the Fresco app a ‘loading documents’ pop-up appears before disappearing and showing no work. I have uninstalled and re-installed Fresco, signed in with all my emails to make sure I’m not just using the wrong one, restarted my laptop, pretty much anything I can think of to get this work back as it includes university work.
