Fresco and multi monitor support troubles

i'm using a wacom one connected to a windows 10 laptop. fresco opens in full screen on the laptop and there doesn't appear to be a way to move it to the second monitor (wacom). i'm hoping someone might have a work around for this as i am otherwise unable to use the app...
