I have an HP all in one with touch screen. Adobe says Fresco is incompatible. Why, and will there soon be a fix for compatibility?

Yes, was also curious if Fresco will be available to non-Surface Windows 2-in-1s like the HP Spectre

I'd like to use the Freco software in a classroom setting, but purchasing any of the listed devices for 20+ people is cost prohibitive. Can this software be used with any of the drawing tablets that are added as accessories to Windows computers like the Huion, XP pen, or Wacom devices? If not, is that something we can expect in the future?
