Fresco can’t sync and delete file

Hello,

 

There is a file on my iPad Fresco that doesn't sync and I can't delete it (probably because it is not synced. I have enough storge both on device and creative cloud.

Have you tried using a browser to login to your  cloud space. Go into the 'Your Files' area and delete file from there.
