FRESCO CRASH

Greetings, I'm currently working on a personal illustration/animation project.  I have spent quite some time(a little over a month) on this document and simply want to finish the art. However, I can no longer open the document for unforeseen reasons.  

Fresco will attempt to open the file but will say that the file cannot be opened and that I should contact support.

 

I don't know what to do and it's really stressful. 

Can anyone assist??

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind checking if Fresco behaves this way with all files? If yes, kindly share more details, like the exact OS/Fresco version, your device model, and a screen recording of the problem so we can investigate this further.
